LEAP 2026: Four Days in Riyadh, and What Actually Shipped
Nearly $15 billion was announced across four days and sixteen stages. Most of it won't touch your stack. Three things will — and two have dates before this year ends.

Next.js Site Not Indexed? What Took Mine From 21 to 54 Pages
Google had found 22 of my pages and refused to crawl them. Six Next.js mistakes caused it — including one that made every date in my sitemap a lie.

Claude Code on Vertex AI: Why You Get 404s, Wrong Regions and an Opus-Sized Bill
Model not found on Google Cloud's Agent Platform is rarely one problem. A malformed region is silently ignored and falls back to us-east5, ANTHROPIC_VERTEX_PROJECT_ID overrides the project in your credentials, and a deployment with no pinned model is billed at the Opus rate.

Claude Code SSL Certificate Verification Failed: Fix It by Error Code
API Error: Unable to connect to API: SSL certificate verification failed (UNABLE_TO_GET_ISSUER_CERT_LOCALLY) or Self-signed certificate detected (SELF_SIGNED_CERT_IN_CHAIN) behind Zscaler or any TLS-inspecting proxy. What the code in brackets means in the 2.1.316 wording, why the OS trust store comes before NODE_EXTRA_CA_CERTS, and the certificate fixes from 2.1.310 to 2.1.318.

Claude Code 529 Overloaded: What It Retries For You, and What It Won't
A 529 isn't your usage limit and doesn't touch your quota. Claude Code already retried ten times before it told you. The useful question is which failures it retries automatically, which it deliberately doesn't, and the one environment variable that stops an unattended run dying on a transient capacity blip.

Claude Code 'Raw Mode Is Not Supported' on Windows? Match the Error First
Raw mode is not supported, 'claude' is not recognized, 32-bit Windows, Exec format error on WSL1 — five different Windows startup failures that get treated as one problem. Each has a distinct cause and a distinct fix, and four of them aren't install failures at all.

Why Is Claude Code So Slow, Hanging or Eating Memory? Start With the Silent Failures
High CPU, frozen commands and missing search results usually trace to a handful of specific causes — a compaction loop, a bundled ripgrep that won't run, or WSL quietly returning fewer matches while claude doctor reports everything as OK.

Why Claude Code Uses So Many Tokens (and How to See Where They Go)
Every request carries your whole conversation, so context size — not message count — sets what a turn costs. How to see your Claude Code token usage with /usage and /context, why it climbs while you're idle, and what thinking, plan mode and /compact really cost.

MCP Server Not Showing Up or 'Failed to Connect' in Claude Code? Read the Status First
Your MCP server is configured but Claude can't see it. `claude mcp list` tells you which of five different problems you actually have — pending approval, a failed spawn, a Windows .cmd shim, zero advertised tools, or a server that was never in the list to begin with.
