PresenceZero

Self-hosted lead finder for freelance devs and agencies. Scan a location and category; it flags businesses with no site, a dead site or a parked domain, checks matching domain availability via RDAP, and scores each lead 0–100.

PresenceZero's lead table — businesses scored 0 to 100 with web presence and available domains

How it works

  • Classifies every result's web presence automatically as none, dead, parked or alive.
  • RDAP lookups confirm whether the matching domain is still registrable — no API key and no whois scraping.
  • Presence, domain status and business signals roll into a single 0–100 score you can sort and filter by.
  • Runs fully free and keyless on OpenStreetMap or your own CSV; Google Places and Apify are optional and use your account.
  • A deliberate product line: it finds leads and checks domains, and will never send bulk email.
