How it works

Multi-stage ERC-1155 contract design for fractional team ownership, tested with Hardhat and deployed to the Ethereum Sepolia testnet.
Ownership shares purchased with USDT through MetaMask wallet connectivity.
KYC verification gates participation before any purchase completes.
Token transfers are restricted during the IPO stage, then released to an external market that trades on team performance and market activity.
Next.js frontend over the contract layer, with dynamic ownership management.
